Part II More Hot Flash Help Insight…Omega 3 Fatty Acids
One of the most frequent complaints I hear from menopausal women is that of erratic hot flashes. Just the other day I stopped into my local coffee shop. The female barista complained, as she served me, about the extremely warm temperature in the cafĂ©.Â
I responded, to her complaint, that the temperature felt comfortable to me.  She then leaned over the counter and whispered to me saying, “I’m going through the menopause and having a hard time with hot flashes and frankly, I’m quite miserable.” I felt her “pain” so to speak. Needless to say, as soon as she got a break from serving customers I passed her information on my site which is totally dedicated to menopausal women and hot flash help…she thanked me for the information and indicated she would definitely visit my site with the hope of finding hot flash help.
Millions of women suffer with hot flashes both day and throughout the night while sleeping, with no hot flash help in sight. Â
To make matters worse, hot flashes may be accompanied by palpitations, headaches or dizziness, which can be totally overwhelming. Â An increase in omega-3 fatty acids may be what you need to help boost hormone production and get the hot flash help you need and deserve.
I’ve learned, as we go through menopause, our hormone levels begin to fall and this is the cause of many of the symptoms associated with menopause. Omega-3 fatty acids increase hormone levels and can help relieve your and my hot flashes, Now how is that for good news?

This Little Fish Just Might Be One of The Answers…Natural Hot Flash Relief
Omega-3 can be used to treat symptoms for menopausal woman and provide natural hot flash relief, according to Mayo Clinic.com.  I’ve also learned that omega-3 fatty acids are essential nutrients that our body needs in order to perform a variety of physiologic activities (that is the physical inner working of the body).
Our body needs omega-3 fatty acids to function, but is unable to synthesize them. . So our body must obtain the omega-3 fatty acids from our diet or from supplements.
So yo
u may be asking what foods contain omega-3 fat.Â
So here is a brief list of some foods:
Sardines: Ounce for ounce sardines contain just as much heart-healthy omega3-fat as salmon. According to what I’ve learned sardines are very low in contaminants, eco-friendly, packed with high-quality protein and of course exceedingly affordable.Â
Not that I recommend canned foods but if you buy canned sardines with the bones we’ll get a huge dose of calcium as well.
Fish: Fish naturally contain omega-3 fatty acids, and cold water fish such as salmon have even higher concentrations of the healthy fat. For what I’ve learned at least two servings per week are recommended. Also research has shown the omega-3’s lower cholesterol and decreased risk of heart disease with continued use.
Plants: Many plants contain omega-3 fatty acids, particularly green and leafy plants such as collard greens and spinach and are an easy source of omega-3 dietary needs.  It’s great to know that these foods are inexpensive to accessible and can provide you with natural hot flash relief.

An Herb for Hot Flashes…To Help You Feel Good
Question does menopausal symptoms have you “dragging” and feeling less than your usual self? Are you suffering from the dreaded hot flashes or other not menopausal discomforts? If your answer is yes to both questions let me introduce you to an herb for hot flashes that may bring you the relief you deserve.
LIFEROOT HERB RELIEVE HOT FLASH MISERY!
The herb is Liferoot. If you have never heard of this herb before now then join the club, so to speak, because I had no knowledge of the herb until I began my research on natural hot flash remedies.Â
This is what I’ve learned from my research and now I want to share the information with you. So here’s a bit about this herb. The herb is a perennial wild flower species of the daisy family of plants. Liferoot is a native North American species of the daisy family and has an extensive history as an herbal treatment for a variety of gynecological disorders.Â
From my research I gathered that Native Americans, namely the Catawba women, used the herb as a tea for women facing the pains of childbirth and to hasten labor. Also the colonist used the herb for similar purposes as a “female regulator,” so to speak.
Liferoot has been commonly used for menstrual problems and menopausal discomforts.
Menopause Natural Remedies…for Your Well-Being
Menopause is brought on by low levels of estrogen and progesterone and can cause symptoms such as irregular periods, hot flashes, vaginal dryness, memory loss and difficulty concentrating, insomnia and fatigue, frequent urination, and mood swings.
Many women going through the change of life opt for menopause natural remedies for various reasons. Most women choose menopause natural remedies because they are worried about the adverse-side effects of conventional medicine.
Women who experience vaginal dryness often use estrogen creams or Vitamin E.
Vitamin E can be found abundantly in cucumbers, asparagus, mackerel, haddock, lamb, kale, liver, brown rice, safflower oil, sesame oil, almonds, and mangoes. Vitamin E is good in aiding vaginal dryness, but if you have rheumatic heart disease or a history of high blood pressure it should not be taken in excess.
