Memory Lapses Due to Menopause? This Little Berry May Help You

If you’ve experienced memory lapses  you are not alone… admittedly, I’ve experienced a few moments myself. For a lot of  women going through menopause, memory lapses can be a common menopausal symptom  and may become of concern.   For a woman who suffers from memory loss it can be quite troubling.  Some even begin to believe they are  experiencing an early onset of dementia or some other type of mental illness.

The truth of the matter is memory lapses during menopause versus a memory loss can be quite common.  Searching for an item you just held in your hand, such as your glasses or keys can be all too common, for menopausal women. Also “losing” a thought or two during the course of a conversation may be associated with menopause too. Some  forgetfulness may be laughable to some women but others may become quite concerned about the occurrences.  The truth is memory lapses may affect both your personal and professional life.

Ok!   Now that you’ve learned that your memory lapses are  a “normal” menopausal symptom for some women…what Berry is suppose to help improve your memory you may be asking?

The powerful little berry is non other than the Blueberry.  Blueberries have been related with memory for a while now and I’ve learned that scientific research has shown that people who have a diet rich in blueberry lessen their chances of suffering with the dreaded memory lapses.

HOW DO BLUEBERRIES HELP MY MEMORY?

So just what is it about the blueberry that is so “magical.”  It lies in their color…The deep-blue color is a by-product of flavonoids, which is a source of antioxidants, which is a natural compound that protect the brain’s memory-carrying cells, known as neurons, from the damaging effects of oxidation and inflammation. So when you eat blueberries the antioxidants are absorbed into your blood stream…once into your blood stream it works on your nerve endings of the organisms in your body along with other cellular function which result in the area of your brain that is connected with memory and motor function being enhanced…

Honestly, after gaining this truly incredible insight in the awesome benefit of blueberries I going to make sure that become a mainstay in my household.

Now how is that for our spectacular Mother Nature…she continually provides what we need in the way of Natural Menopause Relief….thank your Mother Earth….

To you excellent health!

  • I have read yor blogs and information for MENOPAUSE, although the ingormation is informative, it is a lot to take in. So basically I will have to take natural herbs liquid vitamins berries Vitamin B,C,E, Don Quai, Calcium Magnesia a healthy diet omega 3. All of this and more each day.

I am so depressed with this MENOPAUSE, I cry all the time I have taken Black Cohosh, etc. etc. Like I said this information you give is informative, but to take all of this is even more depressing.

You don’t have to take all of the suggested herbs and nutrients for relieving menopause. What may work for you may not work well for another woman. I suggest you try out various herbs, nutrients for a few days to determine what works best to relieve menopausal symptoms. As for me I take 1 100mg B complex and 2 evening primrose each morning and that works well for me. Later in the day when I find the symptoms “creeping” up on me I take another B complex and evening primrose. I hope this suggestion provides relief for you.
      To your excellent health1
